  • Simple means of precipitating red blood cells (RBC) in whole blood without density media, magnets, centrifugation or any equipment
  • Specific cell types can be isolated by crosslinking unwanted cells to RBC using tetrameric antibodies, like those used in StemCell Technologies, Inc. RosetteSep(TM) cell depletion platform ​
  • Mix 1 volume of PCRopsis BCS Nano with 10 volumes of whole blood
  • Substrate is pipettable using 0.2 - 1 mL or larger tips
  • No need to use fetal bovine serum (FBS) for separating cells, as often required with density gradient separation
  • ​Well suited for high throughput applications, automation and inclusion into kits
  • ​Manufactured in the USA, in a certified ISO13485 / ISO9001 facility
