A DNA fragment encompassing part of the GAPDH gene can only be amplified when the cheek cell lysate is precessed with PCRopsis Cell.

Real-time PCR studies demonstrate that a GAPDH DNA fragment can be amplified from uncentrifuged cheek cell lysate when pre-incubated with PCRopsis Cell. Real-time PCR utilized 1 μL of cheek cell lysate pre-incubated with or without the PCRopsis Cell and a GAPDH specific TaqMan probe for detection of the GAPDH amplified fragment.
